Jo SullivanClient Engagement Director

Jo has spent most of her career within hospitality but additionally benefits from a background in construction, insurance and law; the insight and experience she has gained from these sectors has enabled her to quickly tune into the needs and demands of many others, as well as the cultures and values within those businesses.

Having worked at every level of HR, she not only understands each aspect from start to finish but also the impact that engagement and a strategically led people plan can have on a business commercially. Working at each level has helped her hone excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with staff, managers and directors alike. Having been invited to sit on the board as Corporate Social Responsibility Director, Jo developed this further by undertaking a more holistic view on HR, well-being and social and legal responsibilities.

In addition to a depth of knowledge in employee relations, Jo loves training and coaching leadership teams and building employer brands. She is also a dab hand with immigration project planning.
